Before founding CDS Law, Chace worked as an associate lawyer, where he developed a robust corporate law practice, advising businesses at all stages of growth. His work includes corporate reorganizations, financings, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements. Chace’s clients appreciate his hands-on approach and his ability to align legal solutions with their business goals.
Chace’s background in finance sets him apart from many other corporate lawyers. Prior to his legal career, he worked as an audit and assurance manager, gaining a deep understanding of financial operations. This dual perspective as both a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) enhances his ability to provide comprehensive, strategic advice—particularly in transactions where financial and legal considerations intersect.
With qualifications in both law and finance, Chace brings an in-depth understanding of business operations to every client engagement. His goal is to offer practical, effective legal counsel that drives business success.
